SHIPPING POLICY
All orders take up to 5 business days to process.
After processing, shipping takes up to 4 business days.
*Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and all U.S. holidays.  

Movara is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Movara has a no return, no refund policy which means you will not be issued a refund or be eligible for a return unless there was a mistake on our end.

Please be advised that we do not allow cancellations after placing your order. Once your order has begun its process period it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, there has to be a mistake that was made on our end (ex. received incorrect size or color of a product) and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
